Pergola Dining

We offer a choice of buffet style dining or several prix fixe lunch and dinner options specially prepared by our executive chef.

Poolside Dining
Dine under the stars on our outdoor deck, nestled in between our garden fountain and next to the soft blue glow of our heated swimming pool. The Cave
This unique Antigua attraction has been a popular destination for marriage proposals, anniversary celebrations, and glamorous photoshoots for many years. Book the cave to treat someone special to an intimate and memorable romantic experience. You can also book our cave for special private activities such as a wine-tasting session or a group spiritual event.

Pool Cabanas
Connect with old friends or meet some new ones and party the night away in one of our pool-side private lounges (cabana). Pull the curtains for some privacy or open them up to invite your neighbors to join the fun. There is no charge to reserve a cabana with a minimum consumption charge per guest. We recommend a maximum of six persons per cabana.
