BARTENDING CLASS

Our master bartender will teach you and your group how to make four delicious cocktails in a fun and interactive environment. You will learn about basic bartending tools and the techniques used to make world-class cocktails. Of course, you will also be able to savor your creations and compare your results with others in the group. You can choose between traditional classic cocktails or tropical fruit-based cocktails. We can host this event for your group at our bar, on the terrace, or in our private cava depending on group size.

Wine or Spirit Tasting
For wine aficionados and foodies
You choose the type of wine varietal (or spirits or a cocktail collection) and we will design a custom tasting experience for your group. Our tasting experience can be presented by one of our in-house specialists or we can invite one of our outside sommelier partners to deliver the event for large groups. We can also prepare a custom food tasting menu to pair with each of the tastings. Depending on the size of your group, we can host this event in our private cava, our VIP room, or on our terrace.

Allow our chef to prepare a delicious tasting meal of authentic Guatemalan Fusion cuisine for your group. We can customize the courses to satisfy specific tastes or dietary requirements. We can accommodate groups of up to 18 people in our private cave and up to 70 people on our terrace, poolside patio, or covered pergola space.
